Throughout my tenure I have helped these businesses run a successful support department, train clients and internal staff, as well as manage and complete web project goals. I am certified in emotional intelligence for the workplace by the University of Michigan and enrolled in the Foundations of User Experience course by Google and the Project Management Professional course by the Project Management Institute, set to be certified in both in 2025.
